I started the Flying Squirrel website in 2006 to write about all the things to do and done on my 1927 Scott Flying Squirrel. Mainly because there are hardly any Scott websites around. And because I had been looking for a subject for a website for a while.
Since 2006 I have written quite a lot about this machine until the freshly rebuild and tuned engine decided to blow up on me after only about 400 meters. That happened in July 2007 and the bike has been awaiting repair ever since. So there is no recent content in this section.
During the next few months I will transfer all old articles to the new website. And when I eventually start working on the bike again I will of course write about that on this site!
